Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Flirtbate (“Platform”, “Company”, “we”, “us”) and the individual registering as a content creator or model (“Creator”, “you”). By registering as a Creator on the Platform, you agree to the following terms.

By registering as a Creator on the Platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility & Verification

You confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal right and capacity to enter into this Agreement.
You will complete all identity, age, and verification requirements requested by the Platform.

Failure to meet verification requirements may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Content Ownership & License Grant

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Platform (“Content”).

By uploading Content, you grant Flirtbate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

host,
store,
display,
distribute,
stream,
promote,
and monetize the Content
in connection with operating the Platform and providing services to users.

This license remains valid until the Content is removed or your account is terminated, subject to legal and operational requirements.

3. Consent to Distribution & Monetization

You expressly consent to:

your Content being made available to users (free or paid),
monetization of your Content through calls, chats, subscriptions, galleries, or other platform features,
Flirtbate processing payments from users and paying you according to applicable commission structures.

4. Content Standards & Compliance

You agree that:

All Content is created voluntarily and with full consent.
No Content violates applicable laws, platform policies, or third-party rights.
No Content involves minors, non-consensual acts, or prohibited material.
Content does not violate any card association standards.

Flirtbate reserves the right to remove Content or restrict access at its discretion.

5. Payments & Earnings

Creator earnings are calculated based on platform-defined commission structures.
Payments are processed via supported payment methods.
Flirtbate may withhold or adjust payouts in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or policy violations.

6. Content Removal

Creators may request removal of their Content subject to verification.

Content removal may not retroactively affect transactions already completed.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.

Upon termination:

Your access to creator features may be disabled.
Content may be retained or removed in accordance with legal and operational requirements.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flirtbate against claims arising from:

Content you upload,
violations of this Agreement,
breach of law or third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the Company’s jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance

By creating a Creator account and selecting “I Agree”, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
